RELA Rapid Mixer Granulator (model: RMG) is the process of mixing dry material, or making granule from wet material.
The dry powders are fed into the bowl from top, and mixed together by propellers. Then the binder (water or other liquid, adhesive, etc.) is injected into the bowl from the port on cover. The dry powder and binder are mixed and become wet lump. Meanwhile, a chopper at side wall rotates fast to chop and cut the wet lump into small uniform granule. So it can be used as Super Mixer for dry powders, or as Rapid Mixer Granulator to make wet granule from dry powder, in Pharmaceutical Industry, Foodstuff Industry, Chemical Industry, etc.

The propeller and chopper are air seal.
The final granule is 20-80mesh with good flow ability.
It is high efficient with dry mixing time about 2min and granulating time 1-4min.
The dry mixing, wet mixing and granulating processes are performed in the same sealed bowl. So it is sanitary and meets cGMP standard.
A jacket is available for cooling or heating if needed.
