RELA Electric Vacuum Conveyor (EVC) is the process of moving bulk dry materials, such as powders, from pick-up place A to destination place B within a factory using suction. The material is transferred in a network of tubing from the pick-up point or source to the customer’s process. Most Vacuum conveying system transfer product based on a timed interval to the vacuum receiver. During conveying, the material is entrained in the air stream and there is an almost equal part of air and product. At the end of the timed sequence the discharge valve can open and the conveyed material can discharge into the process.

Control Panel:Inner PCB control panel, cooperating with electromagnetic valve, controls the opening and closing of discharge gate and the action of air pump. In some application, it can also identify the signal of level sensor. It can regulate the loading time and unloading time to control the capacity.
Air Pump:Key Part of EVC. It generates vacuum. It is the power source (driven by motor) of EVC.
Filter:In Sucking Procedure, air is sucked into EVC hopper together with material. In order to pump out air and keep material in the hopper, filters are installed to separate air and material.
Reversing Blowing System:In Sucking Procedure, material is separated by filters and material will attach onto filter. After long time, filter will be choked by material and affect the conveying capacity. So a blowing system is equipped to blow and clean the filters after every loading cycle.
Regulating Valve: It is used to regulate Opening/Closing speed of discharge gate.
Discharge valve: when discharge valve is closed, material is transferred into EVC hopper; when it is open, material is released into receiving hopper.
Level Sensor: When material is approaching the sensor, sensor will send signal to control box to stop loading. When the material is lower than the sensor, PVC will restart to load material. (Level Sensor can be positioned at higher level or lower level, or both).
Control Panel:Inner PCB control panel, cooperating with electromagnetic valve, controls the opening and closing of discharge gate and the action of air pump. In some application, it can also identify the signal of level sensor. It can regulate the loading time and unloading time to control the capacity.
